All custom orders require artwork approval before production begins. Once artwork is approved, production will proceed.

Payment Terms

Full payment or agreed deposit is required before production starts.

Production Time

Standard production time ranges between 7–14 business days after artwork approval.

Intellectual Property

• Customers confirm they have legal rights to use submitted logos, trademarks, and artwork.
• EP-CF is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement submitted by customers.
